new things I've done today..

since I officially 'have nothing to do' after I finished my thesis revision, I started my English lesson today to increase my TOEFL score.. the teacher is my Mom's friend, she was very nice.. I'm very excited with this, because beside my piano lesson, this is the first private class I'd ever attended my whole life.. :) she speaks English most of the time, so I was encouraged to do so, too.. The English lesson starts at 8.30 until 10.30.. and after that, I went to Sudirman to repair my KeyBCA.. The process was very fast, thank God they didn't make me wait for another 10 days, which I would have to do if they didn't have any instant KeyBCA left.. :)

After that, since I was already in the city (mengingat rumahnya beda provinsi.. :P), I planned myself to pick up my sister.. But she wasn't finished until 2.30 pm.. So I drove myself (no, my driver drove me) to Plaza Semanggi, because my English teacher told me to read more English books, and I felt like shopping today, so I went to a book store, and searched for a good English novel.. Fyi, it was my first time to Plaza Semanggi (yeah, I know what you think.. :P), so I was LOST.. :D it was pretty stupid, considering that I was all by myself, and I was trying to be cool and not wanting to ask for help.. :D so, I walked, and walked, up and down the stairs, trying to search for the book store.. after 15 minutes wandering through the stores and 'pretending to be window shopping', I finally found a "Gramedia" :) yay!! I found the store more convenient than any Gramedia store I've visit.. They have the section of imported books, and they played some really nice music, that makes you feel cozy and relaxed.. Anyway, I ended up buying 2 English books, a novel and a .. psychology books?? I have no idea what it's called.. The title is "Stop worrying, and start living".. :)) it sounds really cool so i bought it..

Anyway, when I finished shopping (and by that, I meant only the 2 books I've bought), my Mom called and asked me to pick her up at 2 .. it was 1.15, so I went out from the store, and spent another 10 minutes trying to find "Starbucks".. I bought myself a Tiramisu and a Vanilla Latte, and I sat on a very cozy place in the corner, and starts to read my new novel.. :)

Well, then at 2, I left to pick up my Mom, then went to my sister's school, and bought 'mie bakso' (what's the english words for that?) and then went home.. I'm pretty proud of what I did today, considering that private lesson, shopping alone and 'jajan mie bakso' are all the things I rarely done in my entire life.. *wondering what new things should I do tomorrow* :)
